Kate (Hayden Panettiere) and Humphrey (Justin Long) are two wolves from the same pack in Canada’s Jasper National Park, but on opposite ends of the social order. Kate, daughter of the main alpha male, is herself an Alpha and does what one should: taking her duty and commitment to the pack seriously. Humphrey, on the other hand, is an Omega wolf, the lowest of the pack, and spends his days making jokes and playing about with his other Omega friends. One day, Kate is arranged to mate with the Alpha male of a rival pack to preserve peace. However, both Kate and Humphrey are sedated and taken far away from home to the Sawtooth National Recreation Area in Idaho where they are expected to repopulate their species. Instead, the two wolves who should never find themselves socializing with each other embark on a journey together to return home and save their pack before relations between rival packs come to a boil. But there is a problem: along the journey, Kate and Humphrey have fallen in love.

From the movie The Karate Kid 1984 here comes the remake The Karate Kid 2010. the plot of the started with the 12-year-old Dre Parker could’ve been the most popular kid in Detroit, but his mother’s latest career move has landed him in China. Dre immediately falls for his classmate Mei Ying – and the feeling is mutual – but cultural differences make such a friendship impossible. Even worse, Dre’s feelings make an enemy of the class bully, Cheng. In the land of kung fu, Dre knows only a little karate, and Cheng puts “the karate kid” on the floor with ease. With no friends in a strange land, Dre has nowhere to turn but maintenance man Mr. Han, who is secretly a master of kung fu. Grown Ups is an upcoming 2010 American comedy film starring Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider. Rock, Schneider, Spade and Sandler (as well as co-star Tim Meadows) all joined the cast of Saturday Night Live in the 1990-91 season. Sandler and Fred Wolf wrote the script and Dennis Dugan is directing. The film is produced by Sandler’s production companyHappy Madison and will be distributed by Columbia Pictures. Filming commenced in Southborough, Massachusetts on May 18, 2009, but most of the filming was done at Chebacco Lake in Essex, Massachusetts and at Water Wizz at Wareham, Massachusetts. It is set to be released on June 25, 2010. Adam Sandler has made films with the other four male leads, but all five have never appeared in the same movie until now.

It’s not the best of qualities, but it is indeed the first trailer for the live-action “Tekken” movie from director Dwight H. Little, which has popped up online. From the trailer, the film’s lead looks like Jin Kazama, played by newcomer Jon Foo, who apparently had a role in “Universal Soldier: Regeneration”, though I don’t recall seeing him in the movie. The female lead looks like Kelly Overton, here playing Christie Monteiro. The cast also includes MMA fighter Cung Le, Luke Goss, Gary Daniels, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Ian Anthony Dale, Chiaki Kuriyama, and Tamlyn Tomita. If you’re a fan of the game, this might interest you. If not, it probably won’t.

The main part of the Tekken story revolves around the Mishima and Kazama family, with most of the other characters playing their part in some way, and being indirectly involved in the main story’s events. Each Tekken game follows on the story from where the last game left off and each game makes the story more intriguing and interesting. The storyline also affects which characters will appear in the next game, as there have been quite a few deaths (and occasional reprises) or events that mean that a character can no-longer fight, such as Baek-Do-San’s, and Jun Kazama’s.

The main Tekken story revolves around a fighting tournament – The King of Iron Fists, which is staged by the Mishima Zaibatsu group, fronted by Heihachi Mishima. The tournament invites the best and strongest fighters from around the world, in all forms of martial arts. On occasion, some animals and supernatural beings have been allowed to enter (such as Kuma the bear, and Ogre).

After winning the first tournament, Kazuya takes charge of the Mishima Empire, and it is believed that Heihachi is dead. During this time, Jun (Kazuya’s partner) gives birth to their sun; Jin Kazama. Jin is unfortunate to be cursed with the family’s Devil gene that has been passed down from generation to generation, and swallows good warriors up in evil.

Eventually, Jin grows up and enters the tournament himself, where he learns that Heihachi is his grandfather. The Tekken story continues with Heihachi shooting Jin, before Jin transforms into Devil, and defeats Heihachi. The Tekken story clearly has it’s roots in Japanese anime, and this can be seen in the character design, the story’s themes, and the long, drawn-out fights that are seen.

The plot of this movie is about  a wizard (Nicolas Cage) trains a reluctant protege (Jay Baruchel) in the art of magic to help him protect New York from a powerful adversary (Alfred Molina).

Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can’t do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. It’ll take all the courage Dave can muster to survive his training, save the city and get the girl as he becomes “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.” Don’t miss to watch this very exciting movie on theater.
